Delicious vegetable focused dishes

I used to go to the Lighthouse at least once a month for work and always had to ask them to modify the falafel wrap so it's vegan. I haven't been in a few months and came here today again and to my delight they now have an entire vegan menu. From breakfast options, to salads, soups, mains and even a vegan dessert.

Today I tried the Smoked Cauliflower. It was nicely seasoned, a bit spicy but overall really delicious. What I like is that they really put the vegetables in the spotlight. Mock meats are great, but this is what it's all about. Well done to the Lighthouse! Can't wait to try the other items on the menu!

Pros: Full vegan menu, Lovely staff , Alcoholic beverages in Dubai Design District

Cons: Bit pricey, Food can take a while when it's busy
