Read moreCute and busy place with a few vegan options like the acai bowl and banana cake. I ordered them both and they were very nice. The acai bowl was a bit too icecream for me. I didn’t got the granola because they make it with honey unfortunately. Nice outside area.

Went back twice for the vegan burger (v2 patty). So good. Also loved the banana bread. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Super friendly and delicious gluten free, vegan food. We had the mushroom burger and the chia/Bircher breakfast and loved both.

It was nice to have the choice of vegan options on this island. They offer wraps and a sandwich. Smoothies and açaí bowls and a Mexican dish. Also they have vegan cookies and vegan ice cream.

Small burger joint in town - Edit
This is probably the only place on the island where you can get vegan. Best choice may be the veggie burger, which was pretty good, and stringy fries which were very salty. Along with a juice it saw me through the day. Staff are helpful and there was entertainment from sleepy quokkas and two fighting pecocks which invaded the shop front !

Vegan option on the island - Edit
We spotted that The Lane offers vegan options in one of the Rottnest map booklets. While it's not very obvious in the store, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to advise on what can be veganised (basically everything). We tried the Huevos Rancheros (with lentil burger in place of eggs) and the enchilada. Both were very yummy! As an added bonus we got to watch quokkas doing their thing while we ate at the tables outside.
