Creative All Vegan Menu - Edit
This is such a fun little place with a huge 100% vegan menu with many food options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. We tried the nachos, philly cheese steak, and jackfruit burrito - all were delicious. Will be back to try more menu items. Deciding what to get was so hard because of all the choices!

I think we just chose a bad day, as I follow them on social media and love their food. My husband and I went for lunch, they didn’t have any burgers or tacos and a few other items , so after sifting our way through the menu we had to do a sandwich and burrito. They were good, just would of gone for something else but none the less we love supporting small business

Read moreWe ordered Pulled Jack Fruit in a corn taco, the Korean Ribs with a black gluten free wrap and a gluten free gooey chocolate brownie with icecream.
We throughly enjoyed the meal. The jack fruit was made well with some spices that gave it a great flavour. The Korean ribs wrap was great too though I was not a fan of the Dijon mustards which tasted alot like wasabi. I'd prefer mayo instead. Would like to see them use a foil alternative that is more environmentally friendly for the wraps.
My favourite was the brownie which hit the right spots. I love chocolate so enjoyed the gooey chocolate bits of the brownie and liked that there was crumbled brownie in the icecream.
I had a chat with Jay the owner who I found is passionate about what he does. He is a professional chef and is an active participant in the kitchen. He took my feedback with much appreciation.
The staff was great too, we were advised that load shedding would not impact our orders nor payment.
I highly recommend supporting this vegan entrepreneur.

The Kind Kitchen is honestly by far the best vegan restaurant/deli in Cape Town, and my non vegan friends would say it is generally the the best restaurant/ deli period.

All round awesomeness at the Kind Kitchen. I would recommend a specific menu item, but everything and anything created in the kitchen seems to have its own magic and is always delicious, you have to try everything!
