Doing well with temporary kitchen

Great building and wonderful front of house staff. We stayed the night in a lovely room - very comfortable and not at all twee.
Breakfast was great with a vegan option now.
Things may change when they get their permanent kitchen working but when we were there (and from the previous example menu) there is only one vegan main. The downside is that they had a 'vegetarian' main as well that included parmesan. This happens far too often and I don't know what it says about the restaurant.
