Awesome Japanese restaurant in Longmont! - Edit
Incredibly charming ramen spot. The owner Bom is very knowledgeable on veganism (and is mostly plant based himself) so I recommend asking for him if anything in the menu is confusing.
Read moreThey're in the midst of changing their menu up right now, but the new one will also have lots of vegan ramens and noodle dishes like the tan tan, and the "tonkatsu" tofu black ramen. I really liked both broths. Tan tan tends to be a little milder, so I recommend the vegan ramen broth for a creamier option. Tons of vegan apps too!

Delicious food, friendly owner - Edit
The food was amazing, full of flavor and very fresh. There were plenty of vegan options (all four of us got something different and equally delicious). The owner was very friendly and kept the restaurant open during his lunch hour for us. He told us even more vegan options were being added to the menu!

Pros: Many vegan options, and more to come! , Cute atmosphere

Lots of vegan options! - Edit
This place is a little gem! We ordered vegan egg rolls, the spicy mala ramen and the kazoku ramen, both vegan. The food is really delicious! Lots of unique flavors and fresh veggies. We talked to the owner and he said they are changing the menu and adding more vegan options too! So exciting! I will make this a regular spot for sure😄
