I just wish they had seating - Edit
I've been to other locations around New England which had seating, so I was unpleasantly surprised to see that I would have to stand at the bar to consume my order. Still, the bowl and the smoothie were excellent, nutritious, and filling.

Had a smoothie with almond milk, banana, peanut butter, and chocolate. It was amazing and nothing like any other drink I have tried before. This is really only a takeaway place, nothing fancy. They had some ready made vegan salad options in a cooler that looked nice enough, but I feel like this place is better for drinks than for food.

Employees are Deplorable - Edit
TERRIBLE lack of service. On July 15th at 9am we walked into the restaurant and stood there for 5 minutes while the cashier and two other employees preparing food laughed, cackled, and made fun of past customers. They didn't even acknowledge us. We left without ordering anything. I wouldn't want to spoil an interesting conversation between employees by being a paying customer.

The Maine squeeze is centrally locates in the old port. They have a lot of options for smoothies and a few snacks. Their smoothies are quite good, and I like that they offer you the option of getting either almond or soy milk.

Great smoothies & small bites. Read menu to make sure the item you’re ordering doesn’t have honey or dairy or eggs (baked goods). Wish they used plant based compostable plastic! They’ll happily fill your reusable container though! Nice staff

I love getting smoothies here, the texture is always perfect (not too thick, not too watery) and a lot of them are vegan or can be made vegan if you sub almond/soy milk or skip the yogurt. I wish it was entirely vegan! They also have vegan pastries and prepped salads that are clearly labeled.
