Plenty of choice

The menu focuses on street food and 60-70% of the menu can be made vegan. Prices are around £8 per dish but dishes are tapas size.
Had a couple of the chaat dishes, the yellow dahl and the aubergine curry with plain roti. The dahl was probably the best option but bland compared to most others we've had. The aubergine curry had a lovely smokey flavour but was swimming in grease and oil. The chaat dishes were also too greasy and lacked any distinguishable flavours. Overall it was average and not worth the £55 we paid. The brummy ipa was good.

Pros: Extensive vegan options , Unique options

Cons: Too oily, Lacking flavour

Excellent option in Brum centre!

Two years since my last trip here and this place has gotten better (and it was already good). Lovely staff, lovely food and plenty of items can be made vegan so you’ll have lots of choice. The staff are very conscious of your vegan choices too, giving you confidence in what you’re eating. Try the vegetable kofta.

best option for a vegan lunch near the bullring

really tasty Indian street food, with quite some vegan options - and so cheap! we got pakora chaat, yellow dhal curry and a can of vimto all for under £15. delicious and spicy enough to warm you up on a cold day. great central location. I'd definitely come here again!

Pros: delicious Indian dishes , very cheap!!!, great location, close to the bullring

Cons: limited seating , can be busy

Decent option

The samosa chat I had was great, the “ lentil and chickpea burger” was super bland.

Pros: Helpful on how to make vegan , Good location

Cons: Not all dishes that great

Best Dahl I've ever had

We visited on my birthday, as a little treat for me having made it to 54; the food is great, the service is good and the staff are friendly. Their dahl is the best I’ve tasted anywhere on the planet and it’s easy to get vegan lovlieness.
As someone who grew up eating Baltis etc., this place knocks most of the competition out of the park, I will be cak again and again.
The only small criticism I can find is that the range of Vegan beers is quite poor, there’s load out there and unfortunately Purity is just awful stuff.

Pros: Great Dahl, Good prices, Friendly staff

Cons: vegan beer selection poor
