Not vegan - Edit
I ordered the vegan breakfast plate and they served me real “pure” eggs and real buttered toast.

Love the vegan options - Edit
I really appreciate all the vegan options on the menu. Our family came here because this establishment was raising proceeds for a local animal Sanctuary at the time of our visit.

The vegan dessert has "raw honey" this is why I say read the menu carefully because honey is not vegan.

Has made a vast improvement - Edit
Yum. My husband and I ate here right after their opening and we were severely disappointed (2019). We decided to give them another shot tonight after seeing so many great reviews and being impressed with their menu (Dec 2021) and had such a great experience. Excited to experience additional menu choices!

Wonderful Meal! - Edit
The Imperial is a classier restaurant while still feeling laidback. The menu was brand new and actually was the first day it was being served. The Vegan Tomato Basil soup was incredible, the Vegan Spring Rolls were really great as well, and my entree the Tri Colored Pasta (basil-pesto) was good, not great...possibly too oily and not enough zest/spice.
Read moreAlso not that many people will mind this but there are many historical photos scatted around the restaurant with tiny bios next to or under the frames and I noticed in the male bathroom one for “Freemason Hotel Gathering” Just a disclaimer

Middle of the road - Edit
We were out with a group of 9 people, which may have affected things a bit... menu has several options, some of them with Impossible meat as an ingredient. I’m not “above” faux meat products, but I try to eat them in limited quantities. Had beet/quinoa salad to start, which wasn’t bad, but was under seasoned and the pickled onion needed more bite. My wife had the lettuce wraps which were pretty good, definitely seasoned better. I had the root vegetable entree, again under seasoned, but not bad either. My wife and kids had the vegan tacos with Impossible meat, and they all seemed to enjoy them. Service was on the slow side, which I assume was due to larger party size, and we were seated outside.

Pros: Fair number of vegan options
Cons: Food was under seasoned

Interesting worth a try - Edit
We got the vegan lasagna, vegan meatloaf, vegan meat ball and stir fry and the cauliflower bites. The lasagna was a bit small and left a bit to be desired. But everything else was really good and im very glad this vegan option is available!

Innovative Restaurant - Edit
This is such a great restaurant that caters to both vegans and non-vegans. The staff was super helpful when questions were asked and the food was delicious. We went for dinner; they have 4 different options for vegans. The items are all under the title “Plant-Based Entrees.” How awesome is that! They even have a vegan chocolate cake, which was a bit dry, but it tasted good. Overall this place was very accommodating and friendly!
