Have been coming here for years and it’s by far our favorite vegan/wfpb option in Jax. Chef Matt and the staff are always exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful.

Hopped off I-95 to grab lunch. Ordered ahead and dined in. Food was really fresh and tasted so good. We had a large party and got the avocado grilled cheese, tacos, strawberry smoothie, peanut tofu bowl, and bacon ranch tofu bowl. All were large portions and delicious.

Again happy cow reviewers didn’t disappoint! Hidden gem with a friendly staff and awesome menu. I definitely appreciate finding places that are not just filled with beyond and impossible burgers, and this place hit the mark. So many options I didn’t know what to choose. But I ended up going with the buffalo mushroom wrap. But if I lived closer, I would be trying everything on this menu!

Worth The Visit - Edit
Hidden in an unassuming medical shopping center, this vegan café is one of the best spots in Jacksonville. On this visit I tried the Bean Cheeseburger, Jax Philly Mushroom Cheesesteak, and Cashew Mac n Cheese. Each entree came with a side. All items were delicious and hearty portions! The cashew Mac n Cheese was my favorite!

We stopped in for dinner (1/16/2024) and tried the Oyster Mushroom Jerk Burrito and the Peanut Crunch Salad. Both were good. The burrito needed more mushroom and, if I were to have it again, I would skip the plantains.

First time here. Beautiful build your own bowl with many ingredients. I chose to do all 3 bases and many of the veggies. Loved it. Also ordered the Dolmadakia (Greek for stuffed grapevine leaves). Not sure what they call them but I’m Greek so that’s what I call them. Great service. Knowledgeable employees around ingredients. Impressed. Enjoyed the whole experience. #Veganuary

Tried this place and was honestly so surprised how good this Café is! Even my omni parent LOVED it and said they will be going back. I had the Jax Mushroom Au Jus which was flavorful and filling. I loved the mushroom base 😍. My father had the black bean cheese burger which he enjoyed too. Our sides were also tasty-grape leaves and potato salad. Their vegan banana bread is also perfectly soft and sweet. I remember when Jax was a nightmare for vegans but I’m so happy to see such a great option in the city. Healthy & Hearty vegan options and a definite recommend for all my Jax vegans 💚🌱

Cubano and black bean burger - Edit
My wife and I stopped in along our trip and very happy we did. The cubano was very delicious and if I lived close by it would be a regular item for me. The black bean tasted great too but it was actually a little too much to eat so order this if you are hungry.

Vegan or not, you’ll find this little gem to pack a serious culinary powerhouse. Chef and owner Matt dish up beautifully prepared food and have taken vegan cuisine to the next level. Beware though- you’ll be spoiled and no other food will be quite the same.

Everything I order is so flavorful. I love their oyster mushroom sandwich and their firecracker salad. Their Dragonfruit Pina Colada smoothie was heavenly. They also change their menu up so your never board. Once u sink your teeth into the food it's like a party inside your mouth. The chef is amazing.

Everything is vegan. Delicious food made in house. I had a BBQ mushroom burger that was on their specials and it was soo good. They have a case of desserts too. They had a table with information about veganism along with cards for local businesses.

YUM! In Jacksonville for a short time and wanted something delicious. Found it here! The grilled cheese was so good. Had it on gluten free bread which you can do for any of their sandwiches. My husband had the Jax Mushroom Au Jus. Loved it. I was able to capture a picture of half of his sandwich. We had a side of creamy potato salad and a side of sesame slaw which we shared. If you are in the area, be sure to stop in here. You won’t be disappointed. Staff was friendly to boot.

A great spot for lunch. They have a lot of options. I got the jerk mushroom wrap and my bf got the buffalo lions mane wrap. Menu is easily customizable. You can tell the ingredients are really fresh especially since they frequently change out the chef's specials. Everything tasted so good, even the side salad was one of the most flavorful salads I've had. Good smoothies and drink options as well- try the Arnold Palmer or the chocolate PB smoothie!
