Amazing haven for spiritual beings, shop with a cafe plus space used for spiritual activities upstairs - Edit
This amazing shop/cafe is brilliant! It has such a lovely atmosphere, there was ambient music playing which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere.
Read moreThe shop sells a wide range of products including nutritional supplements and organic ingredients, crystals and crystal jewellery, incense, inspirational quotes and stationery such as cards, diaries and calendars, wooden Buddha carvings and many more spiritual items. I got a Louise Hay affirmations calendar, a selenite crystal and some healthy ingredients for raw baking. They accept card payments.
The cafe sells teas, coffees, juices and raw bake cakes plus other items sold from the fridge. I treated myself to an Ayurvedic tea £1.90 and a raw bake orange cream slice £2.
There are various events which are advertised via leaflets, on the boards inside, in the window, and online.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was definitely in the right place at the right time and went upstairs for a 5 minute free spiritual healing session, with 3 people who kindly offered their time and healing hands.
Pros: Spiritual , Healing, Vegetarian
Cons: Car parking availability difficult to find but it , They only sell cakes no other food, Not vegan

real food - Edit
Friendly, daily changes to main meals, mostly vegan with veggie options. Takeaways available too. Nice fresh drinks and goodies to buy in the shop on the way out too!

Healthy, hearty - Edit
This is a really small cafe at the back of the health shop, and it's usually quite quiet but I don't know why - it's really good! They always have at least one vegan cake (and usually another that's gluten free), and have a small but interesting menu of breakfast dishes, bakes and stews. The cooked breakfast is really fresh and tasty, and the lasagne is hearty and comes with a good selection of salads. They have their own in-house tea blends, and both the chai and the rainy day teas are really delicious. Service is always swift and friendly. It's a little gem hidden away in Didsbury!
