Gourmet food in the middle of the desert - Edit
This place is really great. They do a 5 course vegan meal for 150 Bolivianos which is well worth the money. The staff are attentive and clearly love what they do.

Very fancy vegan dinner - Edit
Most of the menu (5 courses) was already vegan (except one dish with a small steak and one with some cheese) but they easily switched those to completely vegan options. The food was really amazing, with lots of difference veggies and some fruits and the flavours were incredible. You could really feel the owners passion for his restaurant and food and really taste how thoughtfully composed everything was. Didn't expect to be able to eat anything other than bread in Uyuni so this was a really pleasant surprise. Never had such a fancy dinner before, each course was explained before it was served.

Read moreThis outstanding and innovative restaurant, located on the outskirts of Uyuni, is a true gem for vegans. Offering a delightful 5-course tasting menu made from locally sourced ingredients, it's a satisfying and unique experience. The multilingual staff goes the extra mile to guide you through the dining adventure and accommodate any dietary requirements. At around £15 per person, (backpackers: it’s worth it) it's not only delicious but also affordable. A definite 5-star destination for vegans in the region!
Pros: Locally Sourced Produce, Thought out beautiful Menu , Great Staff and Vibes
Cons: Not 100% Vegan (Main has a Pork option)

Incredible! - Edit
The restaurant has a 5 or 7 course menu using local produce and ingredients. The first thing the servers ask are about your dietary requirements and they can make it all vegan or vegetarian. The menu is incredibly inventive, high level dining. The main server can speak in English and give you a run through of the different ingredients in each dish and how to eat it.
Read moreThe restaurant looks basic from the outside but is a true heaven upstairs, providing ambience and warmth in an otherwise cold town. The drinks menu is also extensive.
One of the best food experiences of my life and 60 countries so far. Especially the vegan ceviche!
Pros: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, Creative menu, Incredible service
Cons: Not backpacker budget friendly (but good value)
