I am only in Edinburgh for 1 night and wanted something yum but also with an older pub vibe and this place delivered.

Two vegan burgers on the menu and a salad. My friend and I were here for a quick lunch, but from what we could see, they had a great selection of drinks. Would check this place out in the evening. It seemed like it would have a nice atmosphere!

Really enjoyed dinner here with some family - got the Moving Mountains burger and the vegan brownie for dessert, and both were great! The best part though was the awesome pub atmosphere😄

Cutest pub and the best chips - Edit
The Holyrood 9A is a gorgeous pub, it’s got a stove, candles and plants everywhere. The staff were all really lovely. Most of the food is burgers, but they do them very well! They all come with chips, which were some of the best chips I’ve had. It’s a dog friendly pub too - all dogs get biscuits and a bowl of water. I really enjoyed the overall experience here!
