We wanted to support Fran, but apparently it was too hot for them today so we had to make do with a pub.
Read moreThey had plenty of vegan beers and ciders on tap and a few vegan options on the menu.
I had the curry. It was ok and I liked the extras that came with it.
It was a welcome relief from the heat of the day and a quick meal to help out in a stitch.
Pros: Plenty of good vegan beer, Outside seating , Dog friendly
Cons: Not enough vegan options, Not a vegan establishment , Staff were a little inattentive

We had pizza & chips,everything else was off.pizza was burnt & chips were under cooked.really over priced,we noticed many other meals going uneaten around us.

Pros: Pleasant Bar Staff, Plenty of seating inside & out, Great Heineken
Cons: Expensive, Limited & only basic Vegan options, Poorly cooked.

Lovely large but cosy family pub. We arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed (9pm) so not much time to explore options. Went for the 5 bean chilli because this app recommended it, great warming pub meal after long day of climbing and walking! Not a massive portion of chilli but loads of rice and nachos. My boyfriend got a beef burger which came with looooads of chips which i shared. Overall very expensive but massive portions and nice atmosphere to make up for it. Menu wasn’t labelled vegan but the staff were lovely and eager to help so I’m sure they’d be happy to point out vegan options.

Ideal for a drink and/or a meal after a walk. Used by both local welsh-speaking people and tourists.
Read moreJust like usual other British pubs, it has a few (but actual) vegan options. If you wonder, the onion rings are vegan. :-)
