Hidden Gem in Surat

I was excited to find The Healthy Stories and meet owner Nisarg Doshi. His story is aspiring as he has been vegan since childhood and works hard to promote veganism and create delicious vegan food.

We ordered the Zatar platter, Hazelnut Ganache, Mixed Fruit Smoothies, and Lavender Tea. All amazingly delicious. We really enjoyed speaking with Nisarg and learning his story. He really cares about veganism. Will certainly be back next time in Surat.
