Lovely little place

Delicious snacks catering to several food restrictions. All vegetarian. Some vegan. Open for breakfast, coffee time and lunch.

Pros: Delicious baked goods, Small intimate atmosphere

Cons: Most lunch items use vegetable peppers.

Excellent light vegetarian/vegan meals!

Tasty, healthy breakfast and lunch place serving food that feels very homemade, but in a good way here! About half of the menu is vegan (clearly labelled). Portions are a bit small, in keeping with the healthy vibes, but the prices match, and I've been happy with all the food I've ordered.

Cute place - grabbed breakfast!

Was in Waterloo for work and needed a healthy breakfast place. Had the tofu scramble with quinoa cake. It was good, serving size was on the smaller side but everything was tasty. I would definitely come back!
