Contact for group bookings - private group bookings can also be arranged for Sunday.

Friendly staff - Edit
Lovely friendly staff and service. Lot's of vegan options. I ordered humous, avocado & salad. It was huge lol. I would have preferred a wholemeal baguette however won't let this stop me visiting again.

Stale Cake - Edit
Sadly I ordered a whole Vegan Cake for a birthday. £35. It was stale and deeply disappointing for the Birthdays girls 16th Celebration. I gave feedback to the “Happy Teapot”, who dismissed my concerns expressing no fault of theirs or the baker. Poor response and poor product.

It's Disappointing to read your review. I'm sorry it wasn't a great visit. In April 2022 the Happy Teapot was purchased by Netti - Who completed a make over and open it back up. Underwhelmed but good to have the option - Edit
Only two options (brownie and chocolate and Biscoff cake) available when I visited, hoped there'd be more given other reviews but at least there was a choice.
Read moreI choose the cake and found it to be dry, and a little over baked sadly, especially on the edges. There was also a lack of depth of flavour to me... I'd have liked a more generous buttercream to cake ratio too - more buttercream might have offset the dryness.
It looked great but taste let it down sadly... hopefully I just got it on a bad day but wouldn't return sadly.
Pros: Good size portion
Cons: Expensive for what I received

Great choice of cakes - Edit
Stopped off here during a rainy afternoon. It was great to be offered a selection of vegan cakes (many of which were also gluten free) and different milk choices. A peaceful place that were happy for me to hang out and wait for the rain to calm.

Cheap and yummy vegan options - Edit
This cafe is very cute and cosy, almost feels like you're in someone's home. The staff are really friendly, it's cheap and has many vegan options. I had the English breakfast witch was cheap, super filling and delicious. They also had vegan milkshakes, but I didn't try any this time, definitely will if I go back!

I popped in for tea & cake (after a recommendation by the Worthing Vegan Group on FB). Cakes are bought in every day from local home bakers so there is something different to choose each day. All cakes are marked where Vegan on the menu & gluten free is also available. The Carrot cake was amazing 😍
