Great for Vegans & Non Vegans - Edit
Wow! Went here to get some food for me and non vegan family on very high recommendations and it did not disappoint! It's an adorable little cozy restaraunt in a style very new to TBay and the food totally matches the vibes.
Read moreI was told over the phone that everything in the restaraunt is vegan except for the chicken, but the living salad is vegan by default.
Go for the chipotle unwrapped, it's seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten.

I will begin by saying that I did not eat here. That is because each meal I asked about was not vegan, and the staff, who was rushed and unfriendly (there were no other clients in the place), did not indicate that there were even any vegan options.

A Local Gem - Edit
I absolutely love the living salad and the Venus rice bowl. The staff are always extremely polite and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I'm sure you can modify most items to suit your preferences but it would be nice to have more regular vegan menu items. 😄Overall one of my favourite places to visit in Thunder Bay.

Fresh big salad meals - Edit
Meals normally start out vegan and you can add protein and choose your sauce. The fresh ingredients and sauces make it special. It's a small, busy place, so you might get the privilege of sharing a table with someone you don't know, which can brighten your day in an unexpected way.
