It's pricey, but genuinely good. I was there with my partner who had the standard menu and found the vegan options seemed quite well considered. They "matched" the standard option where it made sense, and where it didn't they made something unique and tasty for me instead. Good bit of theatre for the evening (dry ice to crush flower petals and add to sorbet) and lots of different bits and pieces to try.
I went for the 7 course vegan degustation. You have to let them know in advance if you want to do vegan or vegetarian. Service at this place is decent as one would expect from a fine dining establishment.
I found the vegan degustation a little disappointing especially given what you pay for it. In fairness, for places like this it depends on who the current head chef is and how the menu has been designed for that week, but I found my experience a little boring. I wouldn't say the food was bad, but several of the vegan dishes had somewhat repetitive flavours, ingredients and was a little on the bland side. It felt more of an afterthought to accommodate for vegans rather than a specially designed meal to really impress vegans, whereas my meat eating friends enjoyed their meals much more.
