Wonderful! - Edit
There were several options for vegans & vegetarians here! Not just one or two!!! 3 different types of veggie burgers, vegan cheese, tofu, vegan aioli, ect.

Good vegan burger - Edit
Love their grotto burger with the vegan patty and they will honor dietary restrictions and modify dishes. They are reasonably priced. It is fast and conveniently located in town. One issue I have is when they are busy they won’t accommodate large parties. Often their drinks are on the flat side. They are good for both dine in and out

Impossible Burger - Edit
The Impossible Burger with vegan cheese was very good. Limited vegan choices, more so than a previous visit a couple years prior.

Vegetarian Taco's - Edit
While the Vegetarian Taco's had a good flavor the tofu was very dry. I did not get the queso fresco because I did not eat cheese. We ordered our food to go they were prompt and the order was complete.

Not as many options as before, but still a lot - Edit
There aren't a whole lot of places that even have options here, especially when it comes to American food so this tends to be my go-to with Omni friends. They're the only place in town with the impossible burger at the moment, and also have a couple vegan bowls, tofu tacos, a portabello burger and a vegetarian "hippie burger" (it has egg yolks)

No longer any vegan options whatsoever - Edit
I used to get their Hippie Burger, but they've since changed the patty and it now has egg whites. Since they order these from a vendor and don't make them from scratch, there's no way to veganize it.

Ask for the Vegan menu - Edit
The vegan menu looks like the regular one! It was nice to have so many choices. The vegan cheese they use is very good. The Vegan California Melt was delicious. I plan to eat there every time I go to Springfield. 5 stars.
