~nice vibes~ - Edit
I got a quinoa avocado salad, which was pretty good! I wish there had been a little more ruffage in the salad, but I’m all for grains in a salad, so I wasn’t disappointed. Got a side of beans and rice to go with it. The portion sizes could have been a bit bigger, but the atmosphere was nice, nice people, nice music, and a nice little mountain town!

Yay for vegan food in Hot Springs! - Edit
I had the sweet potato & black bean tacos and they were very good. The chips are house made and excellent but the guac was lackluster. The people I was dining with had the platanos maduros & they looked amazing. I had a few of my friend’s fries and they were nice & crispy, although weirdly garnished with chopped cilantro. It’s a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful day. It’s definitely the best place for vegan options in Hot Springs.

Vegan options in a small town! - Edit
Grey Eagle is within Big Pillow Brewing in Hot Springs. They are sit up as a walk-up type kitchen similar to a food truck. The brewery does have a tap room with reasonable seating and they do have plenty of outdoor seating with about 1/4 of it covered seating.
Read moreWe were impressed with the options this place provides for vegan. Other places within Hot Springs only had an entrée and/or an appetizer that were vegan with very little on their menu to attempt to customize. Grey Eagle starts you out with several options and then have several that can be customized easily!
If I could redo my order I would of check to see if the queso and mustard could of been subbed with guac. Ended up using some of the guac on the pretzel which worked well IMO. The beer mustard is extremely sharp that my nose burned like there was way too much horseradish in it.

Pros: Food selection, Family friendly brewery, Location
Cons: Tap room can get busy around dinner time
