Vegan haven in Liseberg - Edit
It was so nice to find a fully vegan restaurant with lots of fresh, seasonal food. The interior is stunning and it was nice and quiet at 12pm on a Friday. Just what we needed!!

Used to be amazing, last visit was a surprise. Went for the "holiday inspired" (xmas) buffet but most of the items were served really chilled, roast veggies not cooked through etc. Let's hope it was a one off...

Heerlijk buffet, volledig vegan. Verschillende salades, pasta, gegrilde groente, heerlijke humus, groente en aardappeltjes, huisgemaakte rabarberlimonade en een super toetje met chocolade, framboos en bosbessen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en kundig. Kraanwater standaard beschikbaar. Echt super!

It's amazing to find a fully vegan restaurant inside a theme park! The food was great and original. It's quite a small buffet though, and there was only one dessert when I went there.

Really good food and different options. They change the dishes depending on the season and it's always delicious. I've been there many times and I'll come back! But it's quite expensive, and during Christmas even more.

I’ve been here 3-4 times and the buffet has never let me down. The restaurant started out as vegetarian but went vegan a few years ago. I tried their food both before and after the switch and it has been consistently terrific! A must during your visit to Liseberg👌🏼

This buffet was fantastic with lots of great options for both hot and cold food. I came with a vegetarian and meat eater but we all had a fantastic meal with there really being something for everyone. The staff were very attentive and for the amount we ate it was good value. I would highly recommend the Green Room.

Really nice and generous buffet with lots of options. The atmosphere is a bit unpersonal with staff not really sure of what they are doing and people coming in and out. Minus for a lot of processed foods at the buffet but a plus is all the fresh salad options available.

Generös och otroligt läcker buffé med bra variation och välkomponerade smaker. Helt animaliefritt = excellent! Majsplättar, indisk linsgryta, pepparrotsslungad blomkål, sötpotatis med gott grönt, sojaköttbullar i tomatsås, kryddig oumph, asiatisk morotssallad, pastasallad, ruccolapesto, hummus och andra goda röror, glutenfritt bröd. Till detta gott husets vin och drömgod chokladdessert. Fantastiskt bra, dessutom rimliga priser!

The nuggets (which they don't always have) are in my opinion the main reason to come to green room. The food otherwise is ok for what it is, awesome that it is vegan, but could use some inspiration and more flavor in many of the dishes. Also, a good dipping sauce to the nuggets would be appreciated (sweet and sour, honey mustard, bbq, ranch for example). As many have mentioned, the main downside is you have to pay admission to Liseberg to even be able to eat here. I'm still shocked that there is a vegan restaurant in a theme park, so one extra star for that!

I don't understand what the fuzz about this place is...? They had a buffee... all vegan but nothing special... almost empty on most, and didn't taste fresh. Don't know if I had to high expectations or if they had a bad day?

Awesome Christmas Buffet - Edit
Great food, great atmosphere and great service! We were a party of 3 and hadn't booked a table but the staff were very friendly and accommodated us nicely. The food was seriously delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Liseberg!

The food was absolutely delicious! We were three in our party - a vegan (myself), vegetarian, and an omnivore, and we could not stop raving about how delicious, fresh, flavourful the food was. This is always especially nice when you have an omnivore in the group and can not stop saying how yummy (and she was doing the yummy dance) the food is! Definitely will go back there, even if I'm not going to the amusement park ;)
