The view and dining was a wonderful experience as expected. At the time the only main vegan options on the menu were mushroom & bean burger and the cauliflower bites. I tried the burger. It didn't look like a burger, also the patty could have been crispier but the pita bread was fantastic. I made the most out of the situation and still enjoyed the most out of the meal. Customer service was great. Every moment, someone would pass us by to check on us. They did take quite a while in the kitchen with my order (almost like it wasn't frequently ordered) but i will return again to try their cauliflower bites.

Buona alternativa - Edit

Okay‘ish option - Edit
We stayed on Paradise Island where it was really hard to find vegan options so I was happy they have two explicitly vegan items on the menu. I had the burger - it was okay, even though a bit on the dry side. Staff was very friendly and the location is nice.

The bites are proper bitey! - Edit
Cool spot for a drink, although a hike away from the main tourist areas if you’re on foot. It’s your average tiki hut/bar.
Read moreThe vegan menu has two items on it and not being too hungry I went with the cauliflower bites. These are in a buffalo sauce, and are very very spicy! I loved them, but beware to less mer mortals; these may be fatal.
Apart from these and a bean/mushroom burger, they had a vegetarian wrap that sounded pretty good but wasn’t on the vegan menu. Not sure what caused that but kind of a shame.

Could be better - Edit
I’m thankful they have two vegan options but they weren’t the best. The buffalo cauliflower was terrible… seems like they just drenched it in buffalo hot sauce, wasn’t crispy or seasoned. The veggie burger in a pita wrap was pretty good, I just wish it had a sauce or something on it, or different bread. Fries are always good but don’t think they are vegan because of the other fried meat that was in the oil.

Excellent food! - Edit
As mentioned before this restaurant has a separate vegan menu which is wonderful! I had the cauliflower bites (they were sooo delicious) and the vegan wrap (delicious and enormous). It seems some other reviewers think it’s overpriced, but Nassau/ The Bahamas is NOT CHEAP: you should expect to pay more than you would in the US for food. Service costs are high and gratuity is automatically included on restaurant food in the country.

Overpriced - Edit
Not worth the money. Plus for the vegan menu but it was to expensive (like everything at the Bahamas). I had a burger with salad. Staff was quite nice.

Disappointing - Edit
Myself and my partner were excited to try this place as one of the only places in the Bahamas close to us with a vegan menu, but our experience was a let down. Only one starter was available which was the soup which was more like a microwaved bowl of water with vegetables (and a lot of garlic). The mains we tried were the burger and the wrap. To start with the wrap filling was basically just salad and this was accompanied by a side salad. It’s frustrating that a place that has produced a vegan menu assumes all vegans eat is salad and vegetables as the burger came with a side salad too. Waiters were friendly but the level of service was very basic, bare minimum.

not worth a visit - Edit
Maybe one of the only places in the area that offers a vegan menu, but honestly, I wouldn’t go there again. I usually eat mostly raw vegan, but always vegan and gluten free due to allergies. The waitress was not able to point out any gluten free options on the menu (she mentioned the cauliflower wings but the menu states: battered in breadcrumbs - so I definitely did not order that). I ended up with a veggie soup which had loads of garlic (I gave the complementary garlic bread to my husband) but was enjoyable and some veggie rice which was cold and... hmm... eatable.
Read moreMy husband is not vegan. His food was so bad, he only eat about half the portion because he was starving. We waited veeeery long until the food arrived.
Non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri tasted super artificial and even though I said I want it not sweet I could not drink it cause it was mind blowing sweet.
All in all we paid a bit over $60 for hardly eatable food.
why 3 stars? Location is nice, staff very friendly, at least they do have a vegan menu, and one dish out of four was nice.
Pros: Extra Vegan Menue, Good atmosphere at Marina , Nice service
Cons: Expensive , Below average quality of food, No labeled gluten free options, no vegan raw food

Delightful - Edit
We saw a few options from the menu at the front and when we walked in there was a separate vegan menu available! The restaurant was quiet inside with a more lively bar area and a nice view of the sea side. The vegan burger came on a wrap with a large portion of salad and a separate dressing. We also got a side of sweet potato fries which were nice! The service was decent too and they accepted cash and card.
Read more2 vegan burgers, sweet potato fries, a beer and a cocktail cost us $65 which was a bit dear but not out of place for the area.

4 stars for the effort - Edit
Considering how hard it is to find vegan food in Nassau, a restaurant that has a separate vegan menu definitely deserves 4 stars. Food is fresh and portions are big. Well done
