Best meatballs! - Edit

We always have at least 2 packages of their meatballs in the freezer. Even our non vegans friends have been converted, because good food is just good food. I lightly fry them, add to my homemade marinara, boil some pasta, it’s the best spaghetti & meatballs you’ll ever have. Seriously!

Pros: Gluten free options too

Excellent! - Edit

Found f their burgers at the High Falls food co-op. Loved them. Then discovered their cart at a concert at Arrowood. Had a great discussion with the husband and wife owners who were so proud of their products (and kind) that they had to share them with me. Smart-because they were great. Big fan!

Pros: Great all-vegan menu, Super-fresh, Lovely people

Can’t wait to try more menu items - Edit

So far I’ve only had the meatballs, veggie burgers, carrot hot dog and spinach rice poppers. All winners. This is a family owned business and recently they have been parking their new food truck right on Route 28 in front of the Woodstock Art Exchange in Hurley, NY. most weekends. DO NOT speed by this place because you don’t know what you’re missing. Delicious, healthy and lovingly prepared by the nicest people. My newly veganized husband loved everything he ordered and a lifelong veg like myself was super impressed.
