Vegan dishes include nachos, lasagne, Beyond meat burger, amok curry, salads and sides. Started serving meat Oct 2019. Open Mon-Sat 12:00-22:00, Sun 12:00-20:00. Pub is open later for drinks.

Unfortunately I didn't check the date on the good reviews here so it looks like things have changed in the meantime. The pub was not really a pub, the atmosphere was totally nonexistent, there was only a few people there on a saturday night, music on the lowest volume, the staff all seemed a bit too casual and confused.
Read moreThe vegan menu is completely changed (no more aubergine, broccolini, mac n cheese etc.) and the only thing they had was a Beyond burger. There are some more vegan items on the menu but it is very limited compared to before and it was all out of stock anyway.
Really disappointed as I was hoping for a great pub with nice food.

Fantastic pub! - Edit
This is a great pub with plenty of hearty vegan options and great beers! I visited last year and truly enjoyed the experience. I had the macaroni dish which was rich and tasty. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great vegan pub food - Edit
Started with a great round of Camden Pale Ale while we ordered dinner. The vegan nachos were fresh hot and awesome. Omni wife claims her beef burger was also awesome.

Pretty disappointing - Edit
We ordered the dirty vegan nachos and dirty vegan fries. My boyfriend double checked the bar staff ordered the vegan nachos. The nachos arrived and they looked off for me, didn’t resemble what I ordered. This was after ~40 minutes of waiting. I was skeptical and reconfirmed with the waiter that they were in fact the vegan nachos. He said yup and walked away. I started eating and realized that they weren’t vegan at all. After having eaten a few I double checked the menu and nope the vegan nachos didn’t come with the condiments I received, and I was pretty upset. We called the waiter over and he took the plate and walked away. A few minutes later he came over to confirm I was right/kinda apologize, then left. I sat for about 30 minutes until we realized that they didn’t intend to deliver a new plate of the actual nachos I ordered? So I didn’t even have an entree. Maybe this is something I just expect in North America? Anyway, the dirty vegan fries were disappointing and the actual potatoes were super dry. My boyfriend also didn’t enjoy his omni fish and chips. The bartender came over to apologize again later and say that the chef made a mistake as they were overloaded that evening. He gave us a refund for the nachos and I left hungry. Not impressed. Only positive is clearly labelled menu for vegan options especially the alcohol menu which is uncommon.

Menu had many vegan choices. Staff wan nice and helpfull. Had alcohol free beers and a cider and the vegan drinks were clearly labeled. The atmosphere was traditional and cosy.

So nice to have lots of options to choose from. Everything was so flavoursome. Two small plates and a couple of sides and nibbles and we were stuffed. Loved it!

Beyond Meat! - Edit
Tried the new plant based Beyond Meat burger and was particularly impressed. It looked amazing when served and tasted great, you wouldn't know this was a totally vegan meal. Seemed to be a popular choice as lots of other guests were also tucking in!
