Used to be Great... Skimp on expensive ingredients

Grindhouse used to be one of my favorite places in Baltimore and I was constantly recommending it to other vegans. I live about 4 blocks away and would often stop in for a "fish" wrap and some garlic kale. Their juices are pretty good, but since they have the same Omega I have at home, I didn't normally pay the mark up.
I don't know what happened to them, but the quality of their food has gone down drastically. Around the time they moved to their new location (2 or so store fronts over) I tried their new hot bar: the greens were okay but over salty, BUT the mac and cheese was so terrible it was gag worthy. Noodles coated in oil with clumps of unmelted daiya cheese through out - ew.
At that point I thought, well I'll stick to their wraps. The "fish" wrap is not even passable anymore. First, they stopped carrying tartar sauce (which was Follow Your Heart.) Then I started to order it and it would have maybe one "fish patty" spread throughout the whole wrap when there used to be 3 or 4. Now they've changed to Gardien fish, and skimp even worse.
I've given them so many second chances, but I order a wrap now and it is about 70% lettuce, 23% onion/tomato/whatever else and 5% "fish" and 2% sauce (not tartar.)
Over the past two years or so I've seen them skimp on any expensive ingredients, so I'm constantly disappointed in the food - I can make better in 2 minutes on my own. I keep going back hoping it will change as my sole neighborhood vegan place, but it seems to keep getting worse. The owner is really nice, but I hope she gets it together- it is always empty when I'm in. Their garlic kale remains delicious.
