It’s just Green Bean - Edit
Listen. Part of the appeal of this place is just that it’s a staple. You aren’t eating here to have your mind blown. But when it’s rainy out and you want to work on your laptop, this is always gonna feel homey. They have a good tofu scramble wrap that you should add avocado and tofu bacon too. The TLT is made with hummus and not too shabby either. The kinda place you keep coming back to. Fair prices, okay coffee.

Lotsa vegan options! - Edit
I reviewed this place last year and nobody else has since, so here’s an update. We just went today and always get the same thing haha. The curry tofu scramble with added avocado, veg bacon and veg sausage! Decaf oatmilk latte for me and peanut butter/banana smoothie for Rob! (Oatmilk, no yogurt).
Read moreSomeday we’ll try something else, there are other vegan options! But this is the best tofu scramble we ever had and vegan breakfast is hard to find. We had the vegan choc chip banana bread once too! Heated up, so yummy!

My favorite place in the area - Edit
You can order the "veganized breakfast burrito" off the secret menu - take the breakfast burrito and sub out eggs and sour cream for curry tofu and hummus. If you have the cash, the veggie bacon goes nicely. Vegan donuts are also a delicious treat!

Decent healthy option downtown - Edit
Nice little option in center of New Bedford. I usually get the spinach salad, but last visit they were quite stingy with the spinach.

Quick and easy - Edit
I live super close and pop in here when i want a good coffee and a snack. Sometimes their baked vegan goods are already sold out come early afternoon but no biggie. Not a bad place but nothing to go crazy over either.

Great find - Edit
Stuck waiting for the ferry, hungry, expectations low. Here they have homemade hummus, tofu bacon and veggie burgers, and tofu scramble. What more could you want? The bagel with hummus, tomato spinach hit the spot. Hot sauce.... Good iced tea... Perfect.

open airy dining with great veggie options - Edit
Had their homemade vegan veggie burger with mixed greens, tomato, onion, sprouts and vegan mayo on toasted wheat. (See pic) Fresh and warm with nice trip-color tortilla chips. Great coffee. All in an open and bright dining area with big windows to watch the world go by downtown. Excellent!
