A great find - Edit
An unexpected place to find in a food court on top of a supermarket. Although it was quiet there every time we passed by, it's a lovely restaurant. I enjoyed getting to try some Portuguese specialities but made vegan, such as seafood risotto.

Saved by this place in Caiscais - Edit
Luckily found this place as think it may be the only vegan place in the town! The choices were great with small and large plates on offer. I opted for the chickpea and quinoa burger which was delicious and very filling!

Fully vegan restaurant with average food - Edit
This being the only fully vegan restaurant in Cascais I felt the need to support them. Food is average. Cauliflower wings were ok, but I would not get them again. The risotto was good. The location is a bit unusual - it resembles a food court. If you have kids, they have space to run around on the rooftop - would be a good place to visit for a family.

All vegan international food - Edit
Starters were really nice, spinach croquettes and gyozas. The seitan barbecue that my friend had was nice, french fries could be better. My lunch main was a tofu bowl with shoestring potatoes, leek and red onions in a soy curry sauce. It tasted nice, but I had expected more potatoes and less tofu (it was a lot of tofu), it got boring after a while.

4 stars since I feel that some more Portuguese traditional and healthy options would be nice.
Nice setting, friendly staff.

Super tasty vegan franchise in Cascais. - Edit
Awesome food in Cascais. The Green Affair is part of a food court in the Auchan shopping mall.
Read moreHad the spinach croquettes as a starter which was very good. For main dish i tried the Boneless Lagareiro and it was fantastic!
So if you are in Cascais check out the Green affair. I was really surprised how yummy food from a chain restaurant like this can be.

great food - Edit
We ate here twice while in Cascais. We had the pesto linguine, the boneless lagareiro, and the mushroom chestnut risotto. We also had a side of roasted veg and had the chocolate cake. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pesto linguine was super creamy. The mushroom risotto was very flavorful. The chocolate cake was divine with a gooey chocolatey center. We ate outside in the nice outdoor area on top of the shopping center. There is also ample seating available inside. Really nice food and overall experience!

An interesting place to consider - Edit
I’ve visited two of the many locations of this restaurant chain. The food is on the pricier side, however, it is nothing to write home about. The linguine dish is pretty okay, the drunk pear dessert is a must, but other dishes are a bit meh. We’ve tried the burrito bowl which apparently comes with no real sauce, so it’s mostly just rice. It’s a safe option, but maybe consider other places.

(Burrito) bowl of disappointment - Edit
Ice tea was not good whatsoever and the burrito bowl is a joke - bunch of rice with some salad and a bit of guacamole.

The only vegan place in Cascais - Edit
Nice restaurant (it is a chain), with many options, menu is attached. Fair price quality ratio. The dessert, cheesecake, wasn't to our taste.

Nice menu - Edit
I had the linguine and it was very creamy and tasty. I also had a salad and I feel like for that price, it should really come with more olives, more cucumber, tomatos and vegan feta: it had a lot of leafy greens. My friend had the seitan steak and it could have had more seasoning. Overall, nice place and friendly staff.

The Green Affair, now with ocean view - Edit
The effort to expand to Cascais is commendable. This area could use the venerable expertise of Green Affair! After the two venues in Lisboa, it would be expected that Green Affair could carry the vegan torch to Cascais with the same panache. But, while the food in this venue remains great and even the decor remains the same, the slight decrease in quality is perceptible, in particular to those who’ve had the chance to visit the other venues. Nevertheless, it’ll still be a good bet to take a chance on them if you’re in the area!
