Lovely well established shop with plenty of vegan staples as well as frozen foods and snacks . Always a friendly service .

Good boutique natural products store

Small but quality selection of natural products, including cooking staples and many vegan and organic items. Small selection of refrigerated items, including several vegan protein sources. Staff were very warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Great store with helpful staff

The best health food store in Kilkenny. You will find frozen and dry vegan/vegetarian options. Lots of vegan toiletries and supplements too. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly.
