They have a little bit of everything, and the staff is really helpful. Tons of supplements, vitamins, hygiene products, and gluten free/specially food items. I love their ice cream freezer because it's usually stocked with vegan mochi and other goodies. They also carry nutritional yeast and tahini which I have a hard time finding other places.

Great little shop - Edit
Great little shop, sells stuff I can't get at any other store. Only place I can find miso, hempseeds, chia, and others. Also has great selection of vegan candies and cookies.
