New place

The nachos were hands-down, my favorite. My daughter said her salad was salty too salty. We ordered a lot of different things almost everything. We like the butternut squash soup need some more cream. I would go back again even though they got my tacos wrong twice.

Pros: Nachos, Lavender drink, Tacos

Cons: They got my tacos wrong literally three times, There needs to be more jackfruit on the menu, They need to have more made with that oat meat

New favorite

Great atmosphere, food and service were both great! Went for brunch with a friend who is not vegan. We both got the Jupiter brunch plate. She was a bit worried about the Just egg omelet and vegan sausage, but loved everything. She plans to tell more friends about it. I can’t wait to go back and try more.

Everything you want is here

Came with a friend for brunch during the soft opening. Ordered French toast, pancakes, and garden omelette plus mocktails. Everything was delicious, the service was great and the place is beautiful. I gotta come back for dinner next time!

Great service and good options.

Great replace replacement for verdine. They redid the restaurant but kept the all vegan food options. Beautiful restaurant with Greta options if different styles of food

Pros: All vegan restaurants , Beautiful restaurant , Greta service

Cons: Expensive

Entire menu is Vegan 😍

My favorite entrées (which are very tasty) are: The Cozy Curry, Fried Rice Your Way - Mongolian Cauliflower, Butternut Squash Lasagna, and the Butternut Squash Cream Soup. The cheesy tofu sticks are way too mushy and need to be much firmer and extra crispy.

Pros: All Vegan Menu, Excellent variety of food choices, Drinks are tasty

Verdine who?

Was sad to lose Verdine but really glad Ginger Mule has taken their place. Tried the curry, the fried rice, and one of the soups.

The curry was the best of the three. The soup came last for me but my dining partner enjoyed it.

Our food came out suspiciously fast. Would like to see a smaller, more practical menu with a focus on freshness.

Pros: Location, Taste profiles, Service

Cons: Menu is too big for everything to be made fresh.

A new place that feels like an old friend

We came to this space for years in its first devious incarnation. Super glad the previous owner worked to ensure another great vegan restaurant took over her space. We enjoyed the fajitas, fried rice, and carrot cake tonight and will be coming back often.

Pros: Wide eclectic menu, Fresh local ingredients

Great menu, interesting and delicious

We came to the soft opening of Ginger Mule. They have an extensive food menu as well a whole page of cocktails and other drinks. We had the coconut “calamari “ appetizer which was fabulous. I had the Caesar salad. It was a full serving of fresh lettuce and a wonderfully lemony Caesar dressing. My husband had the curry with crispy tofu. It was a little spicy but he loved it. We had the flambrulee for dessert. It was just right. Overall it was a great experience of vegan food and great service. Plus we felt it was quite healthy as there is an emphasis on plant based Whole Foods. We’ll definitely go back.

Pros: 100% vegan, Extensive menu, Great service

Cons: Slightly pricy, Hard to get to with the construction on shepherd
