Some delicious options - Edit
The tofu tacos are excellent. The Nshima and impwa also very good. Tofu tahini bites were so tasty but quite salty when I had it. Fantastic cocktails. Specify vegan so they don't pair your maple old fashioned with bacon! Like everywhere in Zambia, I wish they have more vegan options.
