Wow! Delicious - Edit
Love this breakfast-lunch place. Have been frequenting there for at least 10 years and their well-seasoned food is always delicious and plentiful. Menu items can be customized (I'm vegan) with smiles all around. It's a local place with a comfortable atmosphere and great service to go with the great food. Some unusual items - spaghetti for breakfast anyone? We never hesitate to take friends or out-of-town guests there.
Read morePros: the food, the service, the atmosphere
Cons: we had to wait 10 minutes to get a table once.

Good choice of Vegetarian and Vegan options - Edit
Place was super cute and a local favorite. There was a whole veggie sections with options for non-meat sides. We got the classic breakfast with veggie sausage patties and the veggie hash. Both were delish! They brought homemade lemon curd and raspberry jam out to the table. The NW potatoes were some of the best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had. Good portions sizes (forgot to take photo) but it came with 3 veggie patties.

Solid Breakfast Vegan Options - Edit
In an area with somewhat limited vegan options, Garnet is a treat. The last page of the menu is dedicated to vegetarian/vegan options. They have multiple non-dairy milks, including coconut, oat, soy, and almond. Their pancakes are vegan, and they have an herbivore breakfast plate. Their oatmeal is a little lackluster (compared to Belle's Brunch House, e.g.) but passable.
Read moreThey seem pretty popular (even on a Friday morning), and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated.
Pros: Several vegetarian options, Some tasty vegan options, Friendly staff
Cons: May have moderate wait times to be seated

Yes vegan, but overwhelming meat - Edit
They have vegan options, like making s stir fry with tofu and veggies. The pancakes are vegan (they admit by accident). I ordered the quinoa patty. They were out of it, and substituted a falafel patty. Ok. It was served on a spinach salad with a side of stir fried veggies that were mostly spinach. It was good, but very oily. They do have vegan breakfast sausages, but only as a side, not in any meal.
Read moreDownside is almost every menu item has duck confit. They also have a love of bacon and spam. There are bacon signs everywhere and diagrams of how to butcher a pig. Even the bill is brought in a spam can, which is a classless act after blatantly ordering vegan.
Pros: Vegan options , Waitstaff understood vegan
Cons: Duck confit and meat everywhere , Very oily
