Delicious healthy food - Edit
Our food here was great - nicely presented, healthy tasty food. There didn’t seem to be an online menu so we wasn’t sure what to expect - when we arrived (noon, on a Saturday) there were menu boards for sandwiches and burgers, with some sweet goodies and salad on display. Their hot drinks menu is quite extensive. Staff were lovely, and the decor nice with artwork on the walls. My only critique is that it’d be nice to see an online menu, and maybe some small simple things for kids to eat (almond butter sandwiches, fresh fruit etc). Prices were very reasonable for food. The cafe is about a 5-10 min walk from the lovely Priory Park, so when you go pay the park a visit too! Will definitely be back 💚

Might be our new favourite - Edit
Yes we are fickle beasts by nature. Loved this place, although i had just had a blissful massage so that may have helped 😂.
Read moreThe food was clean and of an excellent quality. We tried the black bean burger and the falafel burger both where excellent. Both came with a lovely coleslaw and a fresh crisp!!! Salad.
Just as we where about to leave two vegan sausage rolls floated by and we took them for supper. Awesome!
My one thing is fresh tea leaves and this would be six stars!!!
Lovely staff, nice decor, subtle music so you don’t have to scream to be heard. A lovely place to enjoy lunch.

Delicious! - Edit
I have only visited this spot twice (so far!) and both times my food has been absolutely delicious. On my first trip I had mushrooms on toast - honestly, the best mushrooms I have ever tasted. On my second visit I had the blackbean burger which came in a lovely ciabatta roll with two different salads on the side. The portions are very generous. I’ve also had one of the vegan brownies which was so moist and indulgent. Love this place and can’t wait for my next visit!

What a lovely find! - Edit
We hopped on HappyCow this morning to find a new place to visit and landed on here. We’re so glad we did! Lovely fresh food, warm and friendly staff and great place to sit in too. There are also seats outside which we might make use of next time if we bring the dog (as only guide dogs are allowed inside). So many options … we had the falafel burger and the spinach roll this time, both gorgeous. We’ll be back to sample something else very soon.

Lovely cafe - Edit
We have just had a really tasty vegan lunch in this well presented and welcoming cafe. Frittata and salads. Took home a variety of vegan cakes that the family have just devoured! So nice to have a cafe like this in Reigate.

Wonderful café with so many vegan options - Edit
We have enjoyed delicious brunch, lunch, takeaway lunch and cakes at Gardent. I especially love how accommodating they are there, coming up with suggestions and recommendations depending on what you’re after.
Read moreThe cakes are so lovely; the peanut butter and chocolate one is a real winner - and the black bean burger alone is worth a visit!

Tasty Treats - Edit
We popped to The Gardent at the end of the day to pick up some cakes and other bits to have with dinner. We got a quiche, frittata, as well as chocolate banana cake, carrot cake, etc. We also had sausage rolls to eat then as a snack, which were a bit too 'meaty' for me personally, but would be good if you like that sort of thing! All of the other things we got were lovely!

A delightful find. - Edit
The first thing that became clear as we walked into The Gardent is that the staff are lovely, Properly delightful and happy. This made the whole visit a joy. It is almost secondary that the food is totally top draw. Everything looked wonderful and beautifully presented. There is a specials board, which lived up to its name. It was a shame we only wanted a snack as the meals looked truly enticing. But I could not resist some cake even then! The indoor seating was comfortable and spacious, but we opted for the outdoor seating and some intriguing people watching.

Lovely lunchroom - Edit
Nice selection of sandwiches, pastries, salads and sweet treats. All vegetarian or vegan. Roughly half of the options are vegan. We liked the vegan sausage rolls as it was made with mushrooms rather than processed fake meat. I also really liked the sweet potato tart, could really taste the flavours of the fresh herbs in it.

Loads of fab looking sweet and savoury things to choose from. We tried the chocolate cake and gluten free brownie, both vegan and very delicious! The coffee with oat milk was great too. Staff very friendly, see you again soon!
