I got the daily special - an African tofu dish. It had a lot of chewy tofu and a thin sauce, but no vegetables. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t feel like a “full” meal. I’ll come back again and clarify that what I order includes veggies.

the lemon orzo salad is incredible. i dream about it and crave it all the time. the have rotating weekly specials along with their standard bowls - big flavors and very hearty! spring rolls with the peanut sauce are great and their mint iced tea!

I've been going to The Full Bowl for years. The No Coast bowl is always delicious. It can easily be made vegan with cashew cream in place of cheese. I think the cheese option for the bowl topping is the only non-vegan thing about this place.

Read moreThe seitan sausage wasn't bad at all I just chopped it up and put it in my bowl. The cornbread tasted like cornbread. A tad bit dry but had corn kernals in it! The actual bowl was pretty good, I enjoyed it, had fun flavor combinations and cashew cream. They have two other bowl options that are more curry inspired. The only thing is price vs how much food I get. I could get a vegan burrito bowl from Chipotle for the same price and have food left over when I was done eating.

I've tried a number of bowls at the Full Bowl, and they're consistently delicious. The chana masala has a nice amount of heat. All of the food feels healthy without being boring. I've tried the baked goods on a few occasions too - including a cookie & corn bread. They were both terrific.

I ordered the medium-size No Coast bowl and it was very flavorful and satisfying. I also ordered a vegan corn muffin that had some nice chewy kernels in it; yum! I think this is a good value for the money and I will try to get back there before I leave town.

Many vegans around me recommended it, so we gave it a try. All food we got was delicious and fresh.
Read moreNo Coast Bowl: I could taste each ingredient disrinctly and at the same time, they mingled well. I especially liked the mild kick of green onion and cilantro in the mix. Black bean was soft and melted in my mouth. Two of us shared the bowl and a couple of side dishes together, and I wished we had ordered the large bowl instead of the regular.
Vegan corn muffin: a must item! It's only $1.50 and it's worth every penny. Very savory, not so sweet, and crumbly with real corn kennels inside. Lots of fun chewing it and also filling.
Grilled vegan sausage: they use Tofurky brand. It's half of a sausage stick. I wish they use a whole. Oh, well. It went well with the corn muffin and the bowl. It would be a bit dry to eat it by itself.
They don't have vegan cheese on their menu, so I asked. They said when they tried it a while ago, they didn't like the taste. I recommended that they try one by Follow Your Heart.
Note that this is a booth in an indoor market. So you pick up your food and eat in the seating area or out in the lawn. They also change menu frequently and have a limited open hour.
Pros: fresh and delicious food, best vegan corn muffin ever!
Cons: no vegan cheese option, limited hours due to being in a market , all plates and utensils are disposable

Every item on the menu had a vegan option (cheese or cashew cream). I had the no coast bowl with cashew cream sauce, a vegan cornbread muffin and then got a bowl of Moroccan chickpea and potato stew to go. All of the items were delicious and healthy.
