1 vegan salad option ONLY - Edit
Vegan hot dog is NOT vegan as the bun is not vegan. Burger bun is not vegan. Pecan & cranberry salad can be made vegan with no cheese or bacon. Apple cider vinegarette is confirmed vegan.

No vegan options at the moment ? - Edit
For opening weekend at least, the whole park hadn’t received a shipment of vegan hot dogs. So that menu option wasn’t available. The menu for spring 2024 has changed and the only option marked vegan was the kids hot dog. I asked the hostess if the vegetarian harvest pasta could be made vegan. She went to ask and the sous chef came out to answer my questions. He was really abrasive and initially misleading. At first he insisted that the pasta was vegan, and then I pointed out that it was specifically labeled vegetarian and not vegan even though there is a vegan labeling option. To which he said it was mislabeled. Then I proceeded to ask if it had a milk eggs or cheese and he said no. Then corrected himself to well it has some cheese on top but you can take that off. So i pointed out again that my question was if it could be vegan. Then he said yes if we took out the cheese and substituted for gluten free pasta. Which he hadn’t mentioned before. So then he explained that the pasta had eggs so if I wanted it to be vegan it would have to be GF. Then he also made sure to tell me that the ticket time would be longer if I ordered modified food. He also mentioned a vegan mushroom burger, but at that point we were pretty much walking away. Also that is no where on the menu and the veggie burger is clearly marked vegetarian. The vegan tacos are also off the menu now. It was a bit of a bummer to come to Dollywood for my birthday stoked and be stoked on all the vegan food options only to find out that most of the ones that aren’t Corn Dogs or Pizza are gone.

Decent considering what it is - Edit
I do appreciate the amount of vegan options here. I got the vegan black bean burger, which came with a GF bun and vegan cheese. I am not a fan of black bean burgers because they mush apart as you eat them and that’s exactly what this one did. It checked the boxes, but isn’t something I would choose to eat again.

Great black bean b*rg*r and tacos - Edit
Surprisingly great black bean burger which is also used in their black bean and quinoa tacos. I'd give them 5 stars if the app allowed. Also the Till and Harvest food hall had great black bean stuffed sweet potatoes. Both restaurants in Dollywood.

meh - Edit
Being vegan & seeing that this was basically the only place for vegan options, is pretty uneventful. However, they actually offered more than one vegan item which was really exciting. I got the vegan beyond burger & in terms of how the meal was, it was okay. Personally, I found the bun very grainy (im just not fond of GF buns) and the fries were not served fresh. Again, thankful for it but it wasn't a 5 star.

Vegan options at Dollywood - Edit
After spending our first park day eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, this was a nice find for the second day. They now have three vegan options. The ultimate veggie burger, a pasta dish, and a vegan hot dog (from the kids’ menu). My vegan family ordered all three options and they were good. The service was great and it was nice to be in an air conditioned restaurant on a hot park day.

Also found a vegan corn dog and vegan pizza on offer at different fast food kiosks around the park. They were written under the menu as available on request.

We loved the Vegan burger! Get there early for reservations. - Edit
There aren’t a lot of Vegan options at Dollywood and the staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable when we called ahead. Dollywood opened at 2pm that day and we got in right at 2 to make reservations (you can’t make them until you get in the park). We didn’t realize they opened at 1 for reservations and such (maybe because it was Thanksgiving week?). Anyway, reservations were already full at 2, but we were able to get on a waitlist at 4 and got in about 5:30. Vegan burger was excellent.

They had one option. Which is better than most of not all of the other places at Dollywood.

We got a reservation at 5 ish and it was a 90 minute wait.
The service was friendly and quick, so that's good.
Pros: One vegan option
Cons: One vegan option, Expensive
