Everything was right: The ambiance, the people (all speak English), the food, pairing of the drinks. All dishes were amazing. Beautiful and a feast to taste. The vegan cheese was incredible.

Each course contained a range of delightful colours and aromas due to the ingredients chosen. The flavours and textures were all divine and complimented one another extremely well.
Whilst the price may be considered to be higher than average, I genuinely believe that this is reflected in the quality of the food and the experience of the restaurant service which was incredible.
Having been a vegan in Paris for over two years, I firmly believe that this is the best dining experience that I have had since I moved here.
I highly recommend The Friendly Kitchen!

Une cuisine vraiment créative et gourmette ! Testé en prenant le menu découverte qui porte très bien son nom : une successions de plats travaillés et savoureux de l'amuse-bouche au dessert. C'est une vraie expérience gustative et culinaire, et le service très agréable ! Sans avoir testé les vins, une carte de boissons très sympathique et originale avec de bonnes options sans alcool. Le prix peut s'avérer élevé mais me semble largement justifié !

Delicious food that is also healthy. It would be nice at least for the desert to have maybe an option or tow that are more indulgent, full sweetness though, just so those who have never tried vegan food know that vegan dessert can be just as tasty. Maybe a note on the healthy ones could say (lower sweetness) and a note on the indulgent ones could say (standard sweetness). Just an idea!

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and I finally chose it to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I'm happy I did! We had a great time, the food was delicious, especially the risottto.

I saw this place in a post on Happy Cow's Instagram and I wanted to try it.
I made a reservation online. You need a reservation to eat here because the restaurant is small and they fill up quickly.
I chose to do the tasting menu so I could try everything and that was the right choice.
I was seated right away and they confirmed what I booked. Everyone I interacted with spoke English with me and I appreciate that so much because I don't know enough French.
I was served every starter in a small portion, 1 dish, 1 cheese plate, and one dessert. They come out beautifully plated and are small portions, but I was definitely full at the end. They also will pair a wine or mocktail (if you don't drink) with each item and they have the perfect matches.
The flavors are decadent and it definitely tastes like I got my money's worth. This isn't a vegan burger I could have made at home. It's high quality with perfectly fresh ingredients.
There wasn't anything I didn't like and I don't know that I could pick a favorite of everything I tried. I would definitely do the tasting menu again.
I highly recommend this place. It would be perfect for a date night or if you are interested in upscale dining.
It isn't a cheap meal, but it is worth it.
I really think this is the best food I have ever had in my life. I can't wait to visit Paris again to have a reason to come here.

Cute and busy vegan restaurant in a convenient location. Food was excellent. We had two apps (leeks with creamy sauce and a warm grilled salad with breaded tofu and a fluffy holandaise style sauce) and for entrees we had gnocchi and I had the wild rice risotto. Flavors were super. Staff was great. Make reservations as they do not take walk-ins. They have two seatings each night.

Read moreI got the alcohol-free a La carte menu, and the drinks were astonishingly good. So much attention to detail, care and thought in them.
The restaurant itself is really beautiful, with a slightly smart aesthetic but nothing you feel the need to dress up super fancy for. The staff are warm and friendly, and comfortable with answering questions about the food.
I came away with a full belly and very happy taste buds 🌿

Both dishes were great! I also had orange wine which was also tasty. I plan to go back as there are so many other things I want to try. I wish I had gotten a picture of the tofu appetizer as it was quite lovely, but I didn’t think of it till I had already dug in.
