Okay for a quick meal, usual fried food. - Edit
Like so many WDW resturants, finding a seat here can be a challenge. I ordered the plant-based bratwurst that comes with sauerkraut (which was served warm?) Pretzel Bun was nice. This is nothing really special but good if you want a quick and filling meal and okay with fried food.

Vegan "brat and tots" - Edit
They have a plant-based bratwurst that's served with tots, and you can add sauerkraut, mustard, etc. It's great to have a vegan bratwurst available in the Magic Kingdom. This is their only designated vegan option and it's on the lunch/dinner menu. (They also have a breakfast menu.) It's counter service and there is an outdoor seating area, but it's a small area compared to a lot of other counter-service places in the park.

Great vegan choice at Disneyworld! - Edit
Verified with a manager that the brat, bun, and tots are all vegan. Was served fast, hot and fresh, and the tots were perfectly hot and crispy.
