Simple cafe with some basic vegan-friendly options and lovely staff - Edit
A nice wee cafe, serving simple food and some basic options for vegans. Not a destination for vegan cafe-goers by any means, but if you're in the village and need a bite to eat it's certainly an option. Staff really friendly, and knowledgeable about what they can and can't offer for vegan customers.
Read moreSoy and oat milk were available for teas and coffees. Vegan cheese alternative was available for toasties and baked potatoes, as well as vegan spread. On the day I visited, one of the soups was suitable for vegans (carrot and coriander).
Pros: Friendly staff, Vegan milk alternatives for drinks, Vegan soup on the day I visited
Cons: Very limited options for vegans, No dishes originally designed to be vegan-friendly
