Inside market hall - Edit
This small food outlet is one of a few inside the market hall with central seating for all the eateries. Hot and cold food available. We had a slice of cake each as it had taken us ages walking around Wrexham trying to find it and I needed a sugar hit lol.

Nice, but didn't blow me away - Edit
Had the all day breakfast, nice and good portion but pretty basic. A lot of disposables used (coffee cups, sauce sachets). It's quite a noisy venue.

The service was nice, but I was really disappointed with the food, sorry guys! - Edit
We looks around the very few vegan options around and decided to go to the Flatulent Frog. The staff was friendly but the food really was not of good standard - the burger was really dry and over-cooked and the chips had been fried a couple of times at least - no fresh. This was very disappointing as there aren’t many vegan places around and I really feel that there should be more care for the food being served - even when it is a burger and chips! This isn’t a nice comment, I really do hope that you address this as we need more businesses like you, but remember that businesses is mainly looking after your customers and their tastebuds 👍
Read morePros: Friendly staff , Good to have a vegan option in the building
Cons: Cutting corners - the food was not fresh , Chips were clearly fried several times and greasy, Half my meal went in the bin

Hi, I’m very sorry that you were disappointed with your meal. However, you didn’t say anything at the time, if you had we would have been more than happy to refund or refund and replace. The chips were not “several fried” but I appreciate they may not have been to your liking. We would always rather someone spoke to us, and when I asked if it was ok, I was told it was. Again, I am sorry you were disappointed, and if you return we are happy to refund.

Overcooked food - Edit
I have never had to leave a bad review in my life, so I am hoping this review will help them to change their food prep habits, the meal I had was overcooked, dry and greedy, the chips, weren't chips any longer they were fat soaked in fat, soaked in more fat, they were terrible, the vegan chicken burger patty was dry and overcooked, I am sorry guys but the food was terrible
Read moreCons: Overcooked, Greasy , Just not nice

Hi, I’m very sorry that you were disappointed with your meal. However, you and your friend in the top comment, didn’t say anything at the time, if you had we would have been more than happy to refund or refund and replace. The chips may not have been to your liking, and I apologise unreservedly for that. We would always rather someone spoke to us, and when I asked if it was ok, I was told it was. Again, I am sorry you were disappointed. But I would be happy to refund you if you come back.

Absolutely incredible! - Edit
I travelled from Staffordshire to meet friends and we mutually agreed to dine at the Flatulent Frog.
Read morePARKING: I parked on the multi-storey covered car park which serves Ty Pawb, which cost me £2 for around 2 and half hours. If you're on a shoestring budget, there's a large Tesco nearby which provides 3-hours free parking (to be honest, it's worth nipping in for their plant-based, cruelty free offerings).
LOCATION: The Flatulent Frog is situated within Ty Pawb and is a quirky little indoor market with a large seating area dedicated to the nearby eateries (although there's only one eatery worth visiting). The FF is located towards the corner of the market, opposite a large sweet shop.
I'd normally say 'STAFF' but in this case the LOVELY PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE: From the moment I walked up the serving area, the FF colleagues were simply brilliant. It was my first time in Wrexham and I can feel uncomfortable when visiting new places, but in this case, the young chap I ordered my food and an oat milk Americano with, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get an opportunity to interact with the other FF folk but could tell from being sat nearby that the service they provide is incomparable.
FOOD: My friends and I all had the bacon cheeseburger (all vegan of course) with chips. In the interest of transparency, I didn't expect much considering how extremely reasonably priced it was (FF could definitely charge more than they do) but I have to say, as a 6'4" gym loving man seeking protein and something to fill me up, it was absolutely incredible. Really tasty, not swimming in grease like meat-based burgers are, and even the bun wasn't dry (like most are in many places these days).
The menu was surprisingly extensive for such a relatively small place.
VALUE: The bacon cheeseburger and chips were from the Specials Board and I paid around £9 for a meal and the oat milk Americano. The food was served in ethical containers and with wooden cutlery. I believe the Americano cup was completely degradable. You can dine with FF with the assurance that no only are you getting incredible food, but they are 100% ethical in every they do.
CONS: There's ONE significant disappointment about my experience…that I couldn't eat every single thing on the menu/take it back home to Staffordshire. Given how fantastic the meal was, I've been left with no choice but to return to Wrexham (and I'll be bringing more friends) to work through the menu.
Pros: Phenomenal Food, Ethical Packaging, Great Service
Cons: None, None, None

What a wonderful addition to Wrexham! - Edit
We visited The Flatulent Frog for the first time today and it definitely will not be the last. Both my partner and I had the Full English Breakfast and Vegan or not it was superb! It was wonderful to be able to order food and drink without the worry of whether or not it is actually Vegan and it was nice to have our first hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmellows in a few years. Can’t wait to come back, there were so many things we could have had and we hope to one day sample it all.

We travelled to Wrexham today with the single aim of lunch at The Flatulent Frog and we loved it! I think it was THE best Vegan breakfast I've ever had and the portion was huge. We also had a delicious hot chocolate and took away a few sweet treats for later on at home! Lovely location and we'll definitely be back.

Wonderful cafe in a great art centre. - Edit
I rarely eat out but I have eaten here a few times already and it has only been open for a couple of weeks! The fact that it is all vegan, the warm friendly, service, the tastes, the affordability and the lovely range of foods all make it amenable.
Read moreI love the curries with all the healthy veg, and there are options for vegan hot dogs and more. There are great cakes and drinks too.
You can choose takeaway or eat in, I recommend the eat in if you can, to sit at the tables in Ty Pawb and enjoy the atmosphere. Sometimes there is live music on in the day, there is also an art gallery to wander around and there are some great market stalls.
A great gem in the middle of Wrexham town - brilliant!
