Another vegan option at the market

Great value to be able to get vegan fish and chips for £5.50. The chips were great and plentiful, although the tofu fish was a tad bland and greasy. Still a good feed though.

Nothing fishy here!

A welcome addition to the vegan options in Kingston. A brilliant find today, nestled in the market square stalls area.

Friendly welcome and good choice of “nofish” options. Today I tried Bloomfish, which I had read about and tasted even better than I imagined. Rosemary chips to accompany and super tasty tartare sauce. Good sized portion and reasonably priced.

I shall be coming here regularly and if you are looking for perfect vegan chippy, you won’t be disappointed.

Pros: Three good “nofish” options, All tasted amazing, Good value

Cons: Not going to work wonders for my waistline! ;)

Amazing ‘fish’ and chips

What a great find. Loved the food from here. Freshly made and delicious. I tried both types of ‘fish’ and slightly prefer the blossom one but both were great. The tartar sauce is lovely and definitely worth adding. I found the portion size to be generous and couldn’t actually finish mine.

Good Vegan Street Food in Kingston

Pleased to have visited this place. They offered a tofu or banana blossom fish alternative. We went for the banana blossom because we have never tried it. It was a pretty good substitute and I would definitely have it again. Only downside was the chips weren’t “chip shop” chips as we know and love and the portion size was small for the price. The staff were great, really helpful and apparently they’re expanding and opening two other stores in east London soon. Definitely go if you get the chance.

Pros: Interesting (rare to see vegan chip shop), Really friendly staff

Cons: Not “chip shop” chips. , Expected a larger portion of chips for the money
