Great brunch spot - Edit
Didn't have vegan labelled items anymore but the staff were able to help me choose a make your own dish which was great. Had tomatoes mushrooms avocado beans and nice bread so was happy and it was tasty. Super cute outdoor setting with lush plants.

Delicious food with super friendly service and nice garden - Edit
Katherine in the Northern Territory is not a place where we expected to get a nice vegan meal - but we did!! The Cafe is in the main street and open for Breakfast and lunch. The menu doesn't specifically offer vegan meals but lists that it can make the items vegan and the waitress enthusiastically advised us she would ensure the meal was done right.

I had a collection of options from the breakfast menu including cooked tomatoes, mushrooms, smashed avo, pumpkin, beans and spinach. The mushrooms initially came cooked in butter and they pointed this out and asked if I wanted a replacement. They were very happy to oblige too.
The coffee was good and super hot and the courtyard pleasant, although there is a/c seating inside. The staff was extremely happy and friendly and said they were trying hard to improve their menu to suit vegans. We were impressed. Highly recommend.
Pros: Fast, friendly efficient service, well priced
Cons: Maybe a section in the menu with the vegan options
