Nice food but stuck in their ways - Edit
Was told they could veganise any dish but was then told all starters cannot be veganised (fine). I had a vegetable Balti with garlic rice and some sag aloo. Generally the food was fabulous but the Balti tasted strongly of cinnamon and when I brought it up to the owner who had come over he was unapologetic and rather rigid. Overall a pleasant experience if not a little expensive.

Rushed and pushy service but incredible food - Edit
Firstly, pretty amazing that they can make any curry dish vegan. They have a big neon green Vegan sign in the window which drew us in.

Lastly, and this is where they fell down, the prices were quite expensive. Luckily there weren’t any additional costs to make the curry vegan, but other things had additional costs. The service was also very rushed. We weren’t given long to look at the menu before they came to take our order, serve our food and clear away our dishes. The waiter was also quite pushy to get us to order extra food suggesting we should order an extra rice dish because there were two of us. Finally, the tip was included in the bill. In the UK, tips are an optional charge and to have it included in the bill is very presumptuous, given the service we had I wouldn’t say they deserved it; I only paid it because the food was so good!
