Great location, good food - Edit
I stayed for a couple of nights and had food here a few times. The dinner buffet for 65 Q is all you can eat and always offers a meat and a vegetarien main dish. One night the veggie was vegan. I guess its good to check what they have on offer. The sides were mostly vegan when i stayed there. People working there new the difference between vegan and vegetarian and would adaped if needed.

One of the best buffets I've had - Edit
What wasn't to love, the breakfast was catered to vegans if asked aswel as the the dinner, the create a completely separate menu for vegans ( buffet style) and it's absolutely lush, I didn't want to leave this place. Plus is shared my breakfast with potato the pig 😁

Costumized breakfast very good - Edit
None of the breakfast options is vegan but they were happy to help me swap all non-vegan ingredients 🥰. I ended up with the avocado toast. The homemade bread is not vegan (!!) as it contains milk so they gave me locally bought burger buns instead. The honey on the fruit was swapped for maple syrup. I added hashbrowns on the side which ended up being way to much :D. Everything tasted amazingly good and I felt so comfortable with my special requests🙈. Coffee and tea is included, they even had almond and coconut milk:).
Read moreSmoothies with almond milk are indeed very disappointed, rather a fruity milkshake than a smoothie but thanks to the previous review, I knew what to expect. It was ok :).

Skip!! - Edit
TJe worst smoothies we've ever had. It's just blended milk with a few pices of fruit, so it just tastes like milk with a hint of banana. Staff is has no idea what can ve vengized or what can't, save yourself and your money and head anywhere else!

Wouldn't enter again - Edit
To be fair, we didn't eat there, so this is not an evaluation of the food.
Read moreWe wanted to have lunch here. There was a board with the menu of the day (no labels) and we asked, whether the vegetarian items could be veganized or whether they could prepare a veggie plate. The staff wasn't knowledgeable at all and also not too enthusiastic with finding out what the kitchen staff could prepare for us.... I was expecting something else from the biggest hostel in town. Every basic comedor in Guatemala manages to prepare an adapted version of the plato típico.

Great breakfast - Edit
Only had breakfast here as where we stayed didn't offer it, but it was super tasty and filling. The avocado toast comes with spinach, strawberries, and chia seeds on top which seemed surprising at first but tasted phenomenal. Staff mentioned their family style dinners always offer a vegan option.
