Favourite pub!

We eat here a lot, the vegan options are amazing - pricey but worth every penny. The menu changes regularly, we always get three tapas to share, a main and a dessert and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Sunday roast

Staff were lovely and welcoming, venue was busy on the Sunday so they put us on a waiting list so we could sit and have a drink while we waiting for a table. Worth the wait! Delicious roast. Tasted really fresh and full of flavour.

Pros: Flavour , Options

Fab tapas started and great tempura ‘fish’

Funky decor and great vegan menu. The tempura ‘fish’ is wonderful. Tapas - cauliflower amazing. I loved the fried olives although others were unconvinced. They forgot to charge for our drinks but we were honest…..😄

5* if we could!

Very warm and inviting setting with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. We had the vegan tapas which was delicious and generous portion sizes! The sweetcorn vegan wings and cauliflower pakora were super yummy! 10/10 would recommend

Friendly staff

A very pleasant experience with lovely staff. Vegans and gluten free menus although I was surprised the vegan burger wasn’t gluten free. Mains aren’t huge so had to order some tapas starters to get full. Schoolboy error: order the starters first! Good beer and whisky selection ( for England nb I’m Scottish)

Pros: Separate vegan menu , Friendly staff understand dietary requirements, Nice vibe on the Wednesday evening I was in

Cons: Maybe I was hungry, but the main wasn’t enough

Great tapas menu

I went in February 2020 and tried hummus and falafel from the vegan tapas menu amongst other things and it was all very nice. One of the few non-chains in leam with decent vegan options. Can’t wait to go again when they reopen!

I visited again in 2021. Had falafel, cauli pakoras, harissa hummus and brownie. The hummus wasn’t too spicy, but it was far too oily. The other tapas were lovely. The brownie was a little dry, but also nice

Lovely tapas

Really lovely place, with a large separate vegan menu and lots of board games to play. The options were varied, interesting sounding and very tasty. I went for the 3 for £13.95 tapas deal, and chose the mexican spiced jackfruit soft tacos, sweetcorn vings and sesame crusted tofu. They also offer milk alternatives for hot drinks.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Interesting sounding options, Tasty

Tasty vegan options in a family friendly pub

A really good selection of foods to choose from! We chose the sweetcorn 'vings' with crumbled veta and pomegranate, homemade hummus and baked crisp bread and cauliflower pakora tapas dishes to share. They were all very tasty and would highly recommend the sweetcorn! We also ordered the tofu ramen bowl, which was nice enough but a bit bland. We got the brownie and ice cream for dessert, it was very rich and definitely needs an extra scoop of ice cream but it was definitely yum! Really lovely staff and service!!! Dog and very family friendly.

Decadent Brownie!

I had an Americano coffee with soy milk; they also had almond available. They have a separate vegan menu with delicious sounding options, but I got coffee and a warm brownie with ice cream. Delicious and I wholeheartedly recommend! Great for mixed diet company.

Cons: There's an antler rack above the fireplace
