Vegan options but live seafood - Edit
I appreciate the fact that is a hot pot with labeled vegan broth. They do have live seafood at the restaurant just as a warning for those who find that confronting.

Mediocre vegan options at a high price tag - Edit
Only offers one vegan broth while 3 vegan broth options as available in the US, mushroom and tomato.

At this price point, a lot of improvement could be made in the variety of soup bases and food.
The staff are attentive and know what’s vegan, but vegan signage would also be great.
Dessert is great with a pick your own assortment of beans, syrups, jellies and other miscellaneous sweets.
