Owners and staff are amazing and willing to work with customer to ensure an amazing dining experience. Not only am I vegan but I’m also gluten free. I frequent this restaurant and highly recommend it. The flavors are fantastic and you won’t find nicer people.
Our take out was ready faster than they estimated. We got the roti and veg channa masala (comes with rice). It was hot and delicious. I said 2 for spice level and it tasted like a 4 😜
Our group of six enjoyed a variety of vegan appetizers including papadum, pakora, potato samosa, roti, paratha, and veggie biryani rice, all of which they could make without ghee. We also had channa masala (chickpeas), aloo matar (potatoes and peas), aloo ghobi (potatoes and cauliflower), and a yellow dahl. These four were specifically marked "vegan" on the vegetarian section of the menu, but other items above were not listed as vegan. The server was helpful clarifying the other vegan items and confirming they were made without ghee.
Both the owner and staff were knowledgeable and accommodating toward vegan diners. Vegan dishes are clearly marked in menu and the owner told me he could make a few others with coconut milk if we ordered them. Naan bread isn’t vegan but they had another whole wheat flat bread that I really enjoyed...plus I get a check mark for whole grain on my “Daily Dozen” app. 😊
We adjusted our spicy numbers down based on other reviewers experiences. It was still spicier than expected for number 1 and 2. The number 2 I ordered would be about a 4 at most other Indian restaurants.
the food here was good, but a little too hot. i ordered a 3, and my husband ordered a 2 and we both thought the dishes were too hot. So next time I would order a 1. Tasty and large portions.
The owners and staff are very kind and accommodating. They are able to substitute coconut milk for many of the dishes not listed as vegan on the vegetarian menu. The mushroom masala ordered vegan is the most delicious food ever.

We ordered the daal and aloo matar. Both were good, but the daal was better. So much food that I took home leftovers!
