Vegan Panacotta loved by all 'vores

Cosy and compfy pub. Seperate vegan menu with 3/4 options per course. Pretty tasty but the vegan panacotta is to die for. Best vegan dessert I've ever eaten!

Check your food before you eat.

Unfortunately, I will not return to this establishment. My vegan tomato tart had cheese hidden at the bottom of it.

We arrived at 11 and were told food is served at 12, no problem, we waited. We ordered from the vegan menu shortly after 12, by 13:00, no food had arrived.
We queried...we finally had food at about 13:30.

After eating 90% of my tart, I moved a tomato and discovered about a teaspoon worth of feta cheese. Hoping it was some weird vegan alternative, I asked, and unfortunately, yes it was cheese. They said they gave me the vegetarian tart by mistake, I find it strange that the tart had no visible cheese when it arrived, only that teaspoon portion on the bottom...but that's exactly what happened.

They were very apologetic and kind, they did not charge us for any of our meals (table of 5). However I still cannot recommend this restaurant to vegans.

Pros: Beautiful Environment

Cons: Served cheese in vegan dish, Very long wait
