Multiple clearly marked vegan options - Edit
Very good vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu, and seemingly no surcharge for vegan options! Vegan poutine was very good. Cash only.

Tasty vegan poutine! - Edit
Their regular vegan poutine is delicious but their specialty one (Mexican Vegan) is my go to! The owner said they make their own gravy with beans, and they're super receptive to suggestions for other vegan options (they proactively asked during one of my visits).
