Amazing! - Edit
I found this place with the happy cow app traveling. Delicious latte and cookies. They have a decent assortment of vegan cookies and I think they’re brownies. If I have the opportunity to travel back to Poughkeepsie this would be my first stop.

I asked today and the bagels are unfortunately not vegan anymore😭the coffee is amazing though and the seating area is great for casual hang outs or doing work.

I love Crafted Kup because it’s one of the few places I can order a traditional macchiato without getting “that’s a Starbucks drink. Would you like a latte instead?” The available vegan milks are oat and soy. They’ve got a wide selection of Alternative Baking Company cookies, and some of the best bagels I’ve ever had, as well a few packaged vegan items in the refrigerated case. They don’t have vegan cream cheese, but you can get white bean hummus or peanut butter.
