Favorite place! - Edit
Corner kitchen is the best! They have the friendliest staff! I love their plant based chili cheese fries with their homemade jalapenos. Everything is amazing, especially the pulled BBQ mushroom slider. Great portions with sliders to avoid over eating or so you can try multiple things. I'm good with one slider and a full order of loaded fries but I always want more. It's a place that's great for anyone, even meat eaters. 😛

Local business offering great food - Edit
We met our non-vegan daughter at Corner Kitchen to give back our grandbabies after babysitting for them all day. We always try to find places that will support my husband and me who eat a vegan diet while providing our daughter and her boys something that fits their diet. We all found something on the menu that we were happy with.
Read moreIt's a small local restaurant in a nearby strip mall. Unobtrusive, but really great in the kind of way that makes you think "undiscovered gem". The owners were very welcoming and helped us new customers find things on the menu. For the football fans, there were three large screen TVs playing the Saturday NFL game but it wasn't loud. I was able to tune it out until I decided to pay attention. The place is immaculate, friendly and has great food.
The fries are about the best I've had anywhere. No kidding. They were amazing.
My husband had the Mushroom Beyond Sliders. I'm more daring and can handle a bit of spice so I had the Beyond Burger "Chili" sliders (I don't remember its name) that's made with roasted chilis and jalapenos as condiments on the sliders. They were both really great!
We'll definitely be back.
Pros: Great food, Welcoming Staff, Clean
Cons: Not many tables so it could be a problem if busy

They also have a number of salads that are or can be vegan, but so far I haven’t tried them.

What a great find. The owner is vegan. The food is delicious. That’s why so many people were waiting for the doors to open at noon. We ordered all five vegan sliders. Our favorites are the veg skewers and the mushroom Beyond Burgers. We also had Prosecco and beer. Great staff and many vegan options. We are now regulars.

Hidden gem for vegans in the east bay - Edit
This whole in a wall restaurant accommodates both meat eaters and non meat eaters. The plant-based menu has more than two options; which is exciting for us vegans!
Read moreThe staff is supper friendly and has great suggestions for the vegan items! The establishment has a mom and pop vibe to it and is my new favorite spot for some comfort vegan food! The price is very fair as well for such yummy eats!
